Difficult to see

This is a great authentic cookbook. The recipes/text are printed with Spanish on one side and English on the opposite side of the same page. However, the English text is soft and almost melon colored and very difficult to see.

There is much history and detailed information about the cuisine of Mexico and I read it through to the end. Obtained all the info and recipes that I needed for the cooking classes that I hold in my cooking school, Essence of Cuisine in Puerto Vallarta, Mx. An easy read and I like cook books that have a lot of pictures so I know what the end product should look like..
